Refund Policy

The short version

You are not charged when you reserve a seat. If your group never comes together, you pay nothing. Once your group is confirmed and your card is charged, you can still cancel for a full refund up to seven days before your first lesson. After that point the seat is yours and the fee is not refundable.

Before your group is confirmed

Reserving a seat costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Payment is taken only once your group and start date are settled, and you are told both by email before that happens.

If a group at your times does not come together, you are not charged. You will be offered another time or the next start date, and you are free to say no. If you were charged and the course does not run, you get all of it back.

After you have paid

Antipasto is a course of three to five people. A seat that empties late cannot be refilled, and the class is smaller for everyone left in it — that is the reason for the seven-day line, not a preference for keeping your money.

Lessons you miss

Group lessons are not recorded and are not repeated. If you miss one, tell me as early as you can and we will pick up what you missed in your next private lesson. Missed lessons are not refunded and do not extend the course.

If I have to cancel

If I cancel a lesson, it is rescheduled with your group. If I cannot finish the course at all, you get back the fee for the part you have not had, calculated by the number of group lessons remaining.

How to ask for a refund

Email [your email address] from the address you booked with and say you would like to cancel. You do not have to explain why. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please write to me before opening a dispute with your bank. Almost everything is faster to fix directly, and a chargeback opened without asking first is answered with this page.
